◾For this month I made 1 new purchase Vanguard Total Stock Market International Index for $6,000. 
◾Net: from rental income is $542, Had some repairs but at least I’m making some money now.

◾Dividend from stock/index that I received this month was: $2,324 Lending Club: +$49, Rental: $542 Total: $2,915

◾I decided to invest $10,000 in Fundrise to see how I will like it. Therefore I have  completed my 2016 goals
◾Net worth increase -$29,623 very good this month mostly from market.

      Thanks a lot, Yeah I’m hoping I will have a good year on my rental this year. Last year I had to do a lot for repairs/vacancies so I think I took a loss on that one. Thanks for stopping by.
