Summary:
◾I didn’t purchase any stocks this month due to vacation travel to Japan.
◾Net: from rental income is -$1,202, I haven’t received one of my property deposit/property statement yet. The other property is still vacant and in the process of finding a tenant. So a negative net this month.
◾Dividend from stock/index/real estate that I received this month was: Stocks/bonds: $2,564 Lending Club: $92, Rental: NEG, Fundrise: $0, Total: $2,656
◾Net worth increase - $+11,453, This month was a high expense as you can see. I end buying things in Japan and also have some tax bills, A/C bill, and vacation expense that I rack up. So my cash account is high so I can pay all of my CC expense next month.
How did you do in the month of June?
