Rental checking account: $14,632 - I will keep this account up to $15,000 for repairs and will save up any excess for another future down payment for another rental house.

Personal checking account: $11,607 - I will maintain a minimum of $10,000 in this account for expense.

Saving Account:11,206 - Will save up to $20,000 for emergency, currently a work in progress.

It has been awhile since I have post anything. I been MIA for awhile I would like to restart this blog again. A lot of life changing decision was made so I really haven’t kept this blog up as I wanted. I’m now refreshed and would like to keep this blog up again and keep my self accountable.

  • Keep this blog active and update my progress since a lot have change.
  • I will post my life changing events article soon.
  • Keep investing/saving and diversifying my portfolio.
