Summary:
◾I purchased $3,000 worth of Fundrise $6,500 worth of VTSAX, $1,488 worth of EPR, and $1,593 worth of STAG. Total $12,581, This is due to my big tax refund.
◾Net: from rental income is -$7,184, I have to replace the A/C and one of my other property had a bad sewer pump so not a good month for rentals.

◾Dividend from stock/index/real estate that I received this month was: Stocks/bonds: $268 Lending Club: NEG, Rental: NEG, Fundrise: $0, Total: $268
◾Net worth increase - $+19,895, This month was not to bad, I had a big tax refund and invested a total of $12,581. Next month I will be taking a 2 week trip to Japan so my spending might be a bit more.
